Chili
10 oz. lean ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
(2) 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
(2) zucchini/yellow squash, diced
(1) 15 oz. can black beans, rinse and drain
(2) 15 oz. cans fat free beef broth
(4) celery sticks, diced
(2) green peppers, diced
1 pkg. chili or taco seasoning
Brown turkey and onion. Add all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until all veggies are tender (about 20 minutes).
