Another friend of mine has started a blog about her journey to lose weight. M and I have been friends for a long time, but recently reconnected on facebook. We don't see each often, but we have so much in common.
That's why I wasn't surprised when I was reading her first post, and I noticed many similarities between our stories. While we have had different journeys to being overweight, it was our children who made us get serious about being healthy.
