Donation Station Labels

I'm sure you have heard of pinterest. Love it! One day last week, I came across this pin and decided to give it a go. I'm an not a very organized person. Well, if you call making-piles-of-things-in random-spots-around-the-house organizing, then yes. I am an organized person. I like to call my house organized chaos.

When I saw that day one was this (which I already do, just not as organizely <-----new word), I couldn't wait to make my area more eye pleasing and better.

Before I just had one big box in my closet where I would throw stuff that needed to be donated/returned to someone/somewhere or things I had bought as gifts when I found a good deal. Now, I have these!

Close up of the "Gifts" box.

I found the black crates in my garage. I went out there to look for something else and found these instead.

I used Elegant edges to cut the oval layers and Cricut Keystone and my markers to write the words. Love those markers and the center point button!!

Now, everyone knows that you take ideas you find on the internet and make them your own. Who says you have to follow the idea exactly? If I don't make it work for me, it WON'T WORK!

You may have noticed that I have one less box than what the link suggest. That's because we keep our library books in this bag so we didn't need the library bag.

So, what do you think? What new projects have you completed?

Thank you for participating in Pink Cricut's Link Up Party today! I have a similar method, but I took old Avon boxes, wrapped them in wrapping paper from the dollar store to fancy them up a bit and then labeled them! Congrats on entering the almost organized world ... But as crafters, we know it'll never be perfectly organized!
